Guar Seed futures trade mixed on NCDEX

Guar Seed futures traded mixed on NCDEX, the contract for April delivery plunged on profit taking at prevailing levels, while contract for May delivery advanced on rise in physical demand with the curtailed stock positions and diminished supplies from producing belts.The contract for April delivery was trading at Rs 5445.00 down by Rs 55.00 or 1% from its previous closing of Rs 5,500.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 1,000 lots.The contract for May delivery was trading at Rs 5,491.00 up by Rs 8.00 or 0.15% from its previous closing of Rs 5,483.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 66,825 lots on NCDEX.
