24-Aug-2026 15:06 Hrs IST Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) And Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the scheme(s) of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund (MOMF).Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund has informed that the fund management structure pertaining to designated schemes of MOMF will be revised, effective from the commencement of business hours on August 24, 2026. The revised fund management structure is as follows: The Fund Managers of Motilal Oswal Focused Fund have been revised from Ankit Agarwal, Atul Mehra, Varun Sharma, Rakesh Shetty & Swapnil Mayekar to Ankit Agarwal, Varun Sharma, Rakesh Shetty & Swapnil Mayekar. Fund Managers of Motilal Oswal Balanced Advantage Fund have been revised from Atul Mehra, Sandeep Jain, Ankit Agarwal, Varun Sharma, Rakesh Shetty, Swapnil Mayekar to Sandeep Jain, Ankit Agarwal, Varun Sharma, Rakesh Shetty & Swapnil Mayekar.This notice cum addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the designated scheme(s). All other contents remain unchanged.
