Invesco Asset Management (India) (AMC) has announced changes to Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of Invesco Mutual Fund.Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that Roopam Asthana has been appointed as an Associate Director on the Board of Invesco Asset Management (India) Pvt. Ltd. (‘IAMI’) with effect from Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Accordingly, the following details of Roopam Asthana shall be included in SAI of the Fund.Roopam Asthana (61 Years), holds a B. Sc. (Hons.) and a P.G.D.M. from I.I.M. Ahmedabad. He has over 37 years of experience in financial services including insurance and banking. He has worked with Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) for 17 years in senior roles covering different facets of commercial banking. He was also Chief Executive Officer of SBI Cards and Payment Services for 5 years followed by 15 years of experience in setting up and managing Liberty General Insurance, a General Insurance Company. All other terms & conditions of the SAI of the Fund will remain unchanged. This notice cum addendum forms an integral part of the Statement of Additional Information of Invesco Mutual Fund as amended from time to time.Mr. Asthana is currently CEO & Executive Director of Reliance Capital and also serves as a non-executive director on the boards of IndusInd General Insurance Company and IndusInd Securities. Further, Mr. Asthana is a Designated Partner of Punyah Consulting LLP.
